Our fascination with the saline-fresh, Andalusian whites continues!

From Blanco brothers who are behind the most edge cutting sherry project in San Lucar de Barrameda, comes this unfortified white wine, made from the old clones of Palomino, grown in the pagos of Hornillos, Callejuela (San Lucar) Anina and Macharnudo (Jerez). Vinified without the influence of flor and bottled young; dry, with a hint of the signature chalky minerality, subtle notes of honey, thyme and a gentle tang of the ripe Palomino fruit.
